"If I could give zero stars, I would. After just one month, my car insurance premium increased by $500, and three months later my policy was cancelled — with no notification whatsoever. I only found out because State Farm sent me letters. Their customer service was helpful only at the moment I bought the policy; after that, I was completely on my own."
