As a Staff Assistant – Bilingual English/Spanish, the selected candidate will play a support role for our Sales and Customer Service Team Members. This role requires attending to basic customer service insurance requests from customers who call in or visit our premises, scheduling appointments and follow thru with office schedule management. Responsibilities also include clerical duties such as scanning, electronic filing, and serve as support for specific agency marketing projects. The Staff Assistant will manage the front desk and will create the first professional impression to our visitors.

Qualifications and Skills

· Bilingual English/Spanish, with high verbal and writing communication skills in both languages.

· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

· Outgoing with enthusiasm to learn, apply and implement successfully

· Willingness to further your professional development through coaching and mentorship

· Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of the team

· Confident in using Windows based softwares such as Microsoft Office and Outlook and have the ability to quickly learn proprietary softwares used in daily operations.

Compensation $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
