As we continue to grow, we are seeking a driven, coachable, and growth-oriented Bilingual Insurance Account Representative to help strengthen client relationships, maximize opportunities within our existing book of business, and generate new leads.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with Existing Clients Build and strengthen relationships by reviewing current policies, identifying coverage gaps, and offering personalized solutions.
- Work the In-Book Business Proactively reach out to policyholders to ensure their evolving needs are met while maximizing cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Generate New Business Expand the agency’s reach through referrals, networking, and strategic prospecting.
- Educate and Advise Help clients understand their coverage options and ensure they are fully protected.
- Retention and Growth Maintain high customer retention by delivering outstanding service and ongoing policy support.

What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual in Spanish or Persian (Farsi) is required to effectively serve our diverse client base
- Willingness to Learn & Be Coached This is not a transactional business—we need individuals who are eager to grow, take feedback, and continuously improve
- Relationship-Focused A people-oriented professional who enjoys working with existing clients while also pursuing new business opportunities
- Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented Someone with a proactive mindset who takes ownership of their success
- Strong Communication & Sales Skills Ability to build trust and educate clients on their insurance options
- Prior insurance or sales experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to obtain the State of Washington Property & Casualty Insurance License within the first 30 days of employment (this is a requirement to successfully perform all job duties). License exam fees & study materials are reimbursed.
